Who we are

Amazing Photo Video Inc. (“APV”, “we”, “us”) is a real estate media company based in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. We provide photography, videography, 3D virtual tours, drone imaging, virtual staging, floor plans and related marketing services across the Greater Toronto Area. This policy covers www.amazingphotovideo.com and its subdomains, our booking systems, and the personal information we handle while delivering our services. We comply with Canada’s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and Canada’s Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL).

Information we collect

• Contact and booking details — name, email address, phone number, company or brokerage, property address, preferred appointment dates and any message you send through our contact, lead or booking forms.
• Order and payment information — services ordered and billing details. Payments are processed by our booking platform and its payment providers; we do not store credit card numbers on our own servers.
• Listing media and property information — photographs, video, 3D scans, floor plans and property facts captured as part of a commissioned shoot. People are not the subject of our real estate media; incidental appearances are avoided or removed where practical on request.
• Website usage data — pages visited, device and browser information, approximate location and interactions, collected through cookies and similar technologies (see Cookies & analytics below).
• Communications — emails, texts and call records related to your projects, and applications sent to our careers address.

How we use it

• To schedule, produce and deliver the media services you order.
• To respond to enquiries, send quotes and manage your account.
• To invoice, process payments and keep business records.
• To send service updates, and — only with your consent as CASL requires — marketing messages. Every marketing email includes a working unsubscribe link, honoured promptly.
• To operate, secure and improve our website and services.
• To market the properties we shoot: commissioned listing media is published on our site, client channels, the MLS and syndication platforms as part of the service.

Cookies & analytics

Our site uses cookies and similar technologies for functionality, analytics and — with your consent — advertising measurement. Tools in use may include Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics, Meta (Facebook) Pixel, TikTok Pixel, Microsoft Clarity and Vercel Analytics. A consent banner lets you accept or decline non-essential cookies, and declining does not affect your ability to use the site. You can also clear or block cookies in your browser settings at any time.

When we share information

We do not sell personal information. We share it only with:

• Service providers who help us operate — our booking and media delivery platform (Aryeo), payment processors, cloud hosting (Vercel), database and storage providers, and the analytics tools above — each limited to what they need to perform their function.
• Your real estate team — when a shoot is booked through an agent or brokerage, delivery details are shared with that team as part of the engagement.
• Legal requirements — where disclosure is required by law, or to protect our rights, safety or property.

Some providers store data outside Canada (typically in the United States); where they do, the data is subject to the laws of those jurisdictions. We choose established providers with strong security practices.

Retention & security

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above and to meet legal and tax obligations, then delete or anonymize it. Commissioned listing media may be retained as part of our professional portfolio and archive. We protect information with access controls, encryption in transit and reputable infrastructure providers; no method of storage is perfectly secure, but we take the protection of your information seriously.

Your rights

Under PIPEDA you may ask us what personal information we hold about you, request a correction, withdraw consent to marketing at any time, or ask us to delete information we are not legally required to keep. To exercise any of these rights, email team@amazingphotovideo.com — we respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.

Children

Our services are business services for property owners, agents and brokerages. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our services or the law change. The effective date above always reflects the current version, and material changes will be posted on this page.
