All photography, video and 3D tours produced by Amazing Photo Video Inc. are original creative works protected by copyright. This page explains who may use them and how to license or credit our imagery.

License granted to our clients
When you commission a shoot, you (the listing agent, team or brokerage) receive a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use the delivered media to market the specific property it was created for — including MLS/TRREB, REALTOR.ca, your own website and social media, and print marketing for that listing. We ask that the work not be materially altered beyond standard cropping/resizing, and that it not be resold or sub-licensed to third parties.
Credit
Where practical, please credit “Amazing Photo Video”. When publishers, media outlets, or other websites reuse our imagery, a visible credit and a link to amazingphotovideo.com is required.
Licensing for third parties
Developers, builders, publications, stock buyers and anyone who is not the original commissioning client must obtain a license before using our imagery. We offer editorial, commercial and extended licenses. To request one, contact us with the image(s) and intended use:

Unauthorized use
We monitor for unauthorized use of our work. If you find our imagery used without a license or proper credit, or you need to license existing imagery, please reach out — we respond quickly and are happy to arrange the appropriate license.
